These patties can be served as they are or can be rehydrated simply by adding warm water. If your dog tends to not drink much water at mealtime, rehydrating the patties is recommended. To rehydrate, crumble the appropriate serving amount of patties and add 1/4 of water for every two patties.
For puppies and nursing mothers, feed up to twice the amount shown above for adults.
Transitioning: If your dog has never eaten Stella & Chewy's products or if you are trying a new flavour, mix this freeze-dried food with your dog's current food for at least 5 - 7 days to make it easier on the digestive tract. Please note that these are guidelines. Always consult your veterinarian, especially for pregnant or nursing dogs.
